Grand Outlook Castle is the newest and most exciting villa in the Caribbean, located on the beautiful and exclusive island of Anguilla in the British West Indies. It is a brand new, four bedroom villa with all the amenities and the best views.
Situated near the second highest point on Anguilla, Grand Outlook is a 7210 square foot secluded compound which consists of four individual bedroom suites with private verandas and a 400 square foot infinity poo,l all with unencumbered views of Crocus Bay, Sandy Island, Prickly Pear Cays, the coastline and ocean.
The abundant space to entertain and enjoy is visually enhanced by an open gallery from the main living area past the second level catwalks to the impressive cathedral ceiling above. The unique location and design of this sizeable estate is further captured by a modern turret, which allows for nearly a 360 degree view of Anguilla including stunning views of Saint Martin/Sint Maarten and Saint Barths. This is not only a wonderful and unique home but a special and irreplaceable location to be cherished forever.
Grand Outlook Castle can accommodate four couples or two/three families very comfortably. There are four very private bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, veranda, air conditioning and amazing views. Some even have private outdoor showers overlooking the beautiful blue Caribbean ocean! Bedding consists of one king bed, three queen beds and two twin beds.
Grand Outlook comes with most everything you will need and those items you don't are available. Children are welcome and we provide a safe secure fenced in play area just off the main pool deck. First floor living is easy for the elderly members. Two bedrooms on the first floor have level access to the pool, outdoor grille/dining areas, living room and only three steps to the kitchen.
Communication is often very important when you are a distance from home. Not only do you have WI/FI internet access but Grand Outlook comes with a house international cell phone. You can receive and make calls from anywhere on the island.
Anguilla is a beautiful, exclusive Caribbean Island located in the British West Indies. It is home to some of the best beaches, resorts and restaurants in the world. The island is 16 miles long and 3 miles wide and can be reached easily via air or ferry from Saint Martin/Sint Maarten. The average temperature is a perfect 80 degrees Fahrenheit. English is the official language and the Eastern Caribbean Dollar is the official currency although the US Dollar is widely accepted. Electricity is 110 Volt, the same as the US, but driving is on the left so be careful! Luckily, Anguilla is not as busy as some of its neighbors so getting around the island is pretty easy and the people are very friendly.
There are 33 named beaches and many other secluded spots, so whether you want a beach bar or resort with all the amenities or your own private spot, you can easily find both on Anguilla. In the evening, you can stay at Grand Outlook and enjoy some of the best views on the island, or head out and experience some of the world class dining and fun reggae bars that Anguilla has to offer. And Grand Outlook is the best place to stay while you are visiting this amazing island. Once you visit, you may never want to leave!

"We stayed at Grand Outlook for a blissful week in February and I can honestly say that it exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website do not come close to conveying the detail and care that was put into making Grand Outlook a very special retreat.
Grand Outlook's location is not to be beat. It is close to town and several spectacular restaurants, yet out of the way enough to have a sense of tranquility.
The caretakers, Derek and Eileen are a lovely couple who bring a lot of charm and personality to Grand Outlook. They made sure we had everything we needed and came by to make beds and were friendly and very helpful. We were so comfortable with them that we even had them baby-sit 3 of the evenings for our 4 young children while we went out to dinner.
Although I have never met Elise and Paul, the owners, I feel that we have become friends because of all the helpful and enthusiastic communication we had before, during and after our trip to Anguilla. They genuinely want their guests to love Grand Outlook as much as they do. We could not have asked for a better experience. I also need to note that we were 2 couples there with our 4 young children (ages 2, 2, 3 & 4) and found Grand Outlook to be perfect."
